En este día se conmemora los años de lucha de la mujer por adquirir derechos como trabajadoras, movilizaciones durante casi 100 años por derecho al voto, a la formación, al tener un trabajo, por la paz….
Un 8 de marzo de 1908, 146 mujeres trabajadoras murieron calcinadas en una fábrica textil Cotton de Nueva York, incendio provocado por las bombas que les lanzaron ante la negativa de abandonar el encierro en el que protestaban por los bajos salarios y las infames condiciones de trabajo que padecían.

Muchas mujeres en el mundo tienen derecho a un trabajo, un salario, a la maternidad y la conciliación familiar, a la formación, a la salud, a unas condiciones de trabajo dignas, a la igualdad…
Pero ahora somos muchas mujeres, mas de 2000.000 en este país las que estamos excluidas del “sistema productivo” peleando contra la incomprensión, el desprecio, la desigualdad y el olvido del sistema sanitario, la sociedad, los gobiernos…
Las enfermas de Fibromialgia, Síndrome de Fatiga Crónica y Sensibilidad Química múltiple no tenemos hoy nada que celebrar, muy al contrario, hoy es el día para recordarnos lo que esta fuera de nuestro alcance y la perdida de un derecho básico: “a la salud y la dignidad “
Nos apartan del sistema, con desprecio y actitudes sexistas. Con argumentos e incluso diagnósticos de; neurasténicas, menopáusicas, depresivas, en el mejor de los casos. En otros, vagas, quejicas, aprovechadas…
Tenemos que sufrir una enfermedad dura, ignorada por políticos, médicos y científicos que niegan y/o ocultan todas las investigaciones que existen sobre estas enfermedades y nos preguntamos:
¿si estas enfermedades afectara mayoritariamente a hombres, la actitud seria la misma?
Pero nosotras seguimos “trabajando”, esforzándose por mantener la dignidad de nuestras vidas y recibiendo a cambio esa incomprensión y desprecio absoluto por estas enfermedades severas.
Resistimos las embestidas sin perder la esperanza, confiando en recuperar nuestra identidad algún día. Con el conocimiento que nosotras no recogeremos los frutos de nuestros esfuerzos, pero con la esperanza y el convencimiento de que conseguiremos un futuro diferente para las generaciones venideras.
